Bess is the Virtual Team Manager, Social Media Creator, and Co-Owner of our business. She oversees the day-to-day operations of our virtual team, ensuring smooth communication, productivity, and project management across various locations. As the Social Media Creator, she develop and execute content strategies that enhance our brand’s online presence, engage our audience, and drive growth. Alongside her husband, Ben, they manage both the business and their family life, raising two energetic kids (ages 2 and 1) and caring for their husky, Echo. They're passionate about Disney, Harry Potter, and love taking family trips to the beach, always finding a way to blend work with fun and family time.

Ben's analytical approach to real estate is grounded in his licenses as a Realtor in both Georgia and Alabama. Ben and his wife own three short-term rentals and co-host an additional two properties. Ben’s ambition shines as he and Caleb are onboarding an additional 11 units in later this year... a move set to increase his total assets under management to 16 by Q4 2023. Ben’s analytical, engineering mindset shines in his thorough analysis of markets and potential properties.

In 2020, Caleb fully committed to real estate investing, focusing on both short-term and long-term rentals. His portfolio now includes 11 long-term rentals, 2 cash-flowing short-term rental properties, another cabin remodel under construction, and an exciting project involving the construction of four geodesic domes by a picturesque lake in Alabama. Caleb's investing expertise shines through his successful execution of multiple "BRRRR" deals, both locally and out of state, and his adept use of hard and private lending to fuel his investments.
